The apartment is open plan and spacious, it has a double bed, a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet and  bathroom with bath and shower in addition it has a flat screen TV, DVD and music system.  The apartment has nice views of the Cape Town Skyline at night.  It also has its own dedicated parking bay.  Breakfast is not provided in the apartment but there are four or five places nearby that do great breakfasts..  If you book the apartment you are a guest of Derwent House and as such you are welcome to use our pool, honesty bar, guest laptop and help yourself to complimentary tea, coffee and cake throughout the day a s well as being able to access our full reception facilities and services.

Our apartment is only suitable for two adults and two children under the age of 12 – you can choose to squeeze up to four people over the age of 12 but we would not recommend it
